The Natural Gemstone offers Free Shipping in India on all orders above INR 7,000/-.
For orders below INR 7,000, a shipping fee of INR 300 will be charged.

International Free Express Shipping (4–7 business days) is available on all orders above INR 150,000.

All Express shipments are sent through reputed courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL & TNT.

For international orders below ₹150,000 (approx. $1800), a shipping charge of ₹5,000 (approx. $61) will apply.
For orders above ₹150,000, shipping charges will be ₹0 via EMS.

Where EMS is not available, we ship through reliable international express services such as UPS, FedEx, Sequel.

EMS service is available in 200+ countries including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Nepal, etc., and typically delivers in 9–12 days (trackable).

Express shipments typically deliver within 2–5 days (mostly trackable).

  • Metro cities: Next Day – 3 Days

  • Non-metro cities: 2 – 7 days from dispatch

  • Postal Shipping: 10–15 days

  • Express Shipping: 4–7 days

Some couriers restrict certain gemstone types (e.g., Aramex may not carry gold jewellery).
In such cases, orders are shipped through alternate express options or EMS SpeedPost (5–15 days).

Note: Postal shipments may not always be trackable.

Q. What about Customs, Duties, VAT?

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and taxes in their country.

  • No import duty on loose gemstones in USA, Canada, Europe.

  • In many countries, duties are approx. 1%.

  • Professional buyers may claim VAT refunds.

If an international order is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer must pay all customs duties/VAT for the return.
Refund is processed only after we receive the return, minus all fees and duties.
