Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy

  1. Return or replacement for Loose Gemstones is subject to inspection and verification by The Natural Gemstone team.
  2. Damages due to neglect or improper usage are not covered under our Return & Replacement Policy.
  3. The product must be returned with the Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice, packaging, documents, lab certificates, etc.

Return / Replacement Policy for Loose Gemstones

➡️ For loose gemstones with invoice value up to Rs 49,999 (approx $769)

You can return the gemstone with 100% money back within 10 days (subject to all conditions above).

➡️ For loose gemstones with invoice value Rs 50,000 (approx $770) & above

You can get a replacement, or you may purchase another gemstone of the same value within the 10-day period.


Return / Replacement Policy for Gemstone Jewellery & Customized Jewellery

Any customized jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) made for you cannot be returned or refunded, as The Natural Gemstone does not resell used gemstones.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipment cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any additional lab certificate ordered (apart from the free one) is non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time is 7-10 business days after receiving the product.
  • Banks/credit card companies may take an additional week to reflect the amount.

Q. Can I return a gemstone after studding it into jewellery?

No. Customized jewellery cannot be returned.
